Keynote Session
Introduction to who we are and what we believe about leadership

A 1- to 2-hour talk on leadership effectiveness, including an overview of our comprehensive leadership model and takeaways for next steps. Senior leaders must be in attendance.

$5,000-$15,000 depending on audience and length

Includes advance planning meetings with senior leaders and follow-ups for recommended next steps.

Workshop
Half-day workshop on aspects of leadership effectiveness

For organizations/senior leaders who are ready to explore how to become more Inwardly Sound and Others Focused (IS/OF). We work with all levels of leaders, but find it is most sticky when we start at the top: ideally this is senior leaders going first. Topics can be anything related to IS/OF from our library. Note: This can include What topics, but those are typically explored after the Who topics.

Includes advance planning meetings with senior leaders and follow-ups for recommended next steps. Ideally this is a launch point to a program including more consistent touch points and support for development – not just good ideas.

$5,000-$15,000 depending on audience and length

Positive Intelligence®
A taste of supported growth in a 7-week interactive PQ program

The PQ program is a bite-sized example of what can happen with continuous engagement and support versus offering workshops alone. This can be stand-alone or as an add-on to workshops or programs. See the full program description here.

$1000 per person with professional facilitator (minimum 4 participants)

Programs are most effective at 9-12 months in length, though we offer some as brief as 6 months. Typically includes workshops, small group engagement, and coaching support. Engagement can be quarterly, monthly, or somewhere in between.

Comprehensive assessment

We find the LCP 360 especially conducive to supporting the development of leaders. It is based on robust research across industries and around the globe, and it aligns nicely with our leadership model.

$3000-4000 (may be reduced when combined with coaching or development program)

Includes administration of the assessment, full printed report, and 2-hour debrief session with an LCP 360-certified coach. See a sample report.

Integral Coaching Engagement
Expand a leader’s capacity to act, self-correct, and continuously improve

Coaching is a highly personalized developmental experience grounded in wisdom, informed by kindness, guided by a plan, and unfolds in response to the leader’s life. It is intended to simultaneously increase leadership effectiveness and quality of life.

$2000-4000 per month, depending on scope of leadership

Structure and cadence can be adapted to the leader’s specific needs. Typical engagements include two 60-minute sessions per month for 9 months.
